per the terms of your contract, all copyrights to the photographs being
delivered to you by CD-ROM, printed proofs or prints and enlargements, or via
internet preview proofs or shopping cart listings, belong to Pensacola
Photography, White Sands Weddings, Alabama Beach Bride, Alabama Beach
Photography, Florida Beach Photography, or Kopperhead
Photography and are protected under federal and international copyright laws.
Unauthorized duplication and use of these copyrighted images will result in
civil and criminal prosecution.It is our policy to try to accommodate all reasonable requests from customers for a release of copyright when we is unable to meet your needs. Refund Policy...If you are unhappy with any enlargement or print we provide you, just return it to us for exchange. We will have it reprinted, or you may select another print, or a refund for the price paid. Please call for a Return Authorization Number before sending the enlargement back to us. You are responsible for return postage. |
